First week....

Okay, I've been complaining of confusion and severe fatigue...this is the beginning. During the past week, I've been to the gym four days out of five.

Realizing heart rate was dropping during a standard walk from 120-124 down to 62-60, did this three times. Friday was the worst, it sustained itself from 124 - 60 being the lowest and went up and down reaching 85 one time and back down for two minutes. When it started to clime and got to 85 I would feel a warm fuzzy feeling...then I got really tired and started yawning.

I slept all afternoon from 1:20 until 3:15...then laid around most of the evening because of fatigue.

This morning I feel pretty good, I got up with bells on so to speak and did my daily shower routine and coffee making, letting the dog out. I walked out to get David's coffee mug, and when I got back in I felt tired again, like I needed to lay down and sleep right then and there.

I'm craving sweets and food this morning very bad. Cheese Danish sounded good so I ate it, but I need PROTEIN in a bad way.

I will be taking a liquid vitamin this morning with a shot of organic grape juice.I will also be taking an omega 3 or fish oil to compensate. Hopefully this will help.
